TGIF

Finally!  Friday is here!  I don't know about you guys, but this week sure has felt like a long one.  Thursday felt like it should be Friday and everyday by 2 p.m. I was ready to get home and curl up.

Winter sure does make it difficult for us sometimes.  The gray days, the waking up when it's dark, the coming home when it's dark...I feel like this cartoon by Gemma Correll pretty much sums it all up perfectly.

Since this week has kinda been kicking my butt, I decided to treat myself to a little something.  Alright, alright, I know retail therapy is isn't the answer, but hey if $5 earrings can cheer me up...then why not?  And just look at how adorable they are!
