Happy weekend to you all! Last weekend I made this and this. Both were delicious and I'm thinking I'm gonna brew the iced coffee again, but this time I'll half the recipe instead of quartering it (that way it will last me a couple of weeks). Nothing better than a cold iced coffee on a hot morning walk to work!
I also plan on watching some of the olympics this weekend. I'm not sure why, but I feel more excited than usual about them this year...although that may wear off once they are the only thing on TV and in the news.
